My personal fitness journey began in 2019, and it was nothing short of a miracle. I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and severely vitamin D deficient. My doctors prescribed medications to manage my blood sugar, but before committing to that path, I felt God prompting me to pray. In that quiet moment, He spoke clearly to my heart: "It's time to change. Focus on your health and use the resources I've provided. Healing is in the land." With faith in my heart, I hired a coach and dove into a lifestyle transformation. At first, progress was slow. One month passed with no changes. Then two months. I began to feel discouraged, but I held on to my faith. I leaned on God’s strength and His promise to never leave me. Four months in, something incredible happened: my blood work improved, I was no longer pre-diabetic, and I had never felt better. But it wasn’t just about the physical changes. Through that journey, my relationship with God grew deeper than ever before. I had to rely on His word to keep going, trust in His plan, and believe in His strength to overcome. The transformation was both spiritual and physical. With the new habits I built, I continued to educate myself about fitness, body composition, and health. I went on to earn certifications in personal training and transformation coaching from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). And in 2020, God gave me the vision for Faith & Fitness Co., a company focused on not just physical transformation, but spiritual growth as well. This is only the beginning. Our vision is grand: - Hosting expos across the country, reaching people of all ages and backgrounds. - Transforming lives by breaking through health challenges and spiritual strongholds. - Creating a place where people can fellowship, worship, learn, and get strong together. - And ultimately, hosting a bodybuilding competition and becoming a federation that holds powerful shows in large stadiums, spreading the message of faith and fitness to the world.
